How much do custom school shirts cost in Irvine?
With EZ-INK Printing, a 1-color Gildan 5000 tee is $11.45 each at 24 pieces and drops to $6.50 each at 288+ pieces. 2-color and full-color tees, crewnecks, and hoodies are in the price table above. Prices are all-in per shirt with no setup, screen, or art fees, before sales tax.
Is there a minimum order?
No. A 1-color tee with any design is $20.20 each for 1–11 pieces and $12.75 each for 12–23 pieces. Quantity tiers count the total pieces of one design across all sizes and styles.
How long does it take?
Delivery is 2 weeks after approval of artwork and quantity. You get a free mockup proof first, and the 2-week clock starts when you approve it.
Do you deliver to schools?
Yes. Delivery to your campus is free, and orders are sorted by apparel type and size in labeled boxes.
How do PTAs pay?
No upfront payment. Pay when the order is delivered, or within 15 days (net 15), by check or ACH, with no card surcharge. Irvine sales tax (7.75%) appears as one line; send a resale certificate if you have one.
Can families order online?
Yes. EZ-INK can set up a free online spirit-wear store where families order and pay online, and your PTA earns a give-back on every item sold.
What artwork do you need?
Anything works: a sketch, a photo, or last year's shirt. Art cleanup and mockups are free. Full-color prints cover art up to 8.3" × 11.7"; 1- and 2-color fronts up to 12" × 12".
