Choosing a method

The price on a blank shirt is the garment only. A printed price is on the product page, or we confirm it in a quote.

Order it on the apparel page. DTF starts at 1. Under 10, only DTF is offered, plus a $5 fee. Other films start at 10. Neon starts at 20. Each location after the first is $0.50 per piece.

Artwork

Add a location on the product page, then upload the file for that spot.

Logos

Send a vector file (AI, EPS, SVG, or PDF) for screen printing and embroidery. Outline the fonts before you export.

Photos

Send a high-resolution PNG with a transparent background for DTG and full-color transfers. PSD, TIFF, JPG, WEBP, and ZIP are accepted too.

Signs and print

A press-quality PDF is the file we want. Artwork templates already mark the bleed and the safe area.

Fabric

Cotton uses a standard film. Polyester, dri-fit, and performance shirts use a blocker. Softshell uses Soft Shell Blocker. The shirt page selects the film.

A larger file can go to orders@ez-ink.com, or paste a cloud link on the product page. Review the preview before you add the shirt to the cart. If the browser cannot open the file, we open it in production and send a proof when one is needed.

Ordering

  1. 01 Search the shop, or start from a department on the homepage.
  2. 02 Open the product. Choose the color and the sizes. The number by a size is how many are in stock.
  3. 03 Leave artwork off to buy the blank. Add locations and files on that same page to print it. The print charge is added in the cart. The blank price is not the printed price.
  4. 04 Check the cart. Production time is on the line. Then check out. We ship to United States addresses, and the rate is calculated there.

Quoted work

Screen printing, DTG, and embroidery are confirmed before you pay. Contact us with the garment, the artwork, and the quantity. The quote confirms the price and the date.

Sold out and closeout

A sold-out size is marked Sold out. That opens other colors of the same shirt in that size, and similar shirts that still have it. Closeout means those sizes will not be restocked.

Timing

Production time and carrier transit are separate. The cart states the production time on the line.

Heat transfer and embroidery, from the time we have the order and the art. Print only is the same, with no rush.

Signs and commercial print

Banners too. Rush is 2 business days at twice the Standard price.

Shipping

$300 United States orders of $300 or more ship free.

  • United States addresses only. The item price does not include shipping.
  • The rate is calculated at checkout for that address.
  • Carrier time is in addition to production time.
  • Full statement: shipping policy.

Care

Wash a decorated garment inside out in cold water. Skip bleach. Dry on low, or hang it. Do not iron on the print or the stitches. If the tag in the garment is stricter, follow the tag.

Ink

Screen printing

The ink sits on the fabric. Inside-out washing keeps the surface from cracking.

Heat

DTG and heat transfer

The print is bonded to the shirt. A hot dryer or an iron on the design can lift it.

Stitch

Embroidery

Use a gentle wash. Press the fabric around the logo, not the stitches.

After you order

Track it

Open Track an order with the order number and the email on the order. You will see received, in production, partial, shipped, or cancelled, plus a carrier link when we have one.

Returns

Decorated and custom-printed goods are made for the order. We do not take returns for a change of mind, a size choice, or a mistake in the artwork, the quantity, or an option. Check the file and the sizes before you pay. Refund policy.
