Team tees and hoodies on budget
The ask
Matching T-shirts and hoodies for students before an Oct. 5 evening event, on a budget of about $1,600.
What we made
- Several rounds of mockups with the teacher and students, including a simplified hoodie design with “RANCHO” and “ENGINEERING” in gold
- Full-color transfers with a matte metallic look that stand out on navy
- Priced at the right quantity tier, which brought the order in on budget
- Hoodie sizes adjusted as students changed orders

The ask

What we made
- Matched the school’s yellow and blue to Gildan Heavy Cotton tees in Daisy and Deep Royal, and ordered the shirts the same day the colors were approved
- Mockups, with the artwork resized on request (4-in. chest logo, 11-in. back print)
- IL-DO logo embroidered on two customer-supplied polos (right chest), $25 per polo
Result
