Shipping and Returns

Shipping:

*We regret to inform you that we do not ship internationally.

We will ship your package UPS ground or USPS, which usually takes 7-10 business days. Some items make take longer due to being handmade and may take up to 2 weeks to ship. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

Shipping is based on product weight and manufacturer. Many of our products are drop shipped directly from the manufacturer.  You may receive your products in seperate packages.  This is dependent on which warehouse they are being shipped from.

A $10.00 fee will be charged for address changes on packages that need to be re-routed during delivery due to an incorrect address. Please be sure that you enter the correct shipping address during checkout. Undeliverable shipments and refused deliveries will be charged for the original shipping fees plus a 10% handling fee.

In stock items are typically processed and shipped within 2-3 business days.

*EZ-Ink.com (NextLinq Solutions, Inc.) will do everything we can to make sure you receive your package(s) in 7-10 business days. We do our best to estimate when items will ship from our facilities.  However, there are sometimes unforseen events that will sometimes delay shipment.  We appreciate your understanding if something like this occurs.

**Backordered items or pre-ordered items will be shipped when we receive the merchandise.  In most cases we will ship your in stock items and backorder items within your order in one shipment.  If you would like to receive your non backordered items faster, please contact us and we will arrange for those items to be shipped as they become available.

Sales Tax:

Any orders shipped outside California will not be charged sales tax; items sent within California will be charged sales tax of 8.75%. In the unfortunate case that we should be out of something in your order, we will contact you by email immediately to suggest an alternative.

Backordering & Preordering:

Backordering--We keep a large inventory EZ-Ink.com (NextLinq Solutions, Inc.)...However, upon occasion our suppliers can't always get our shipments in time, or they are out of stock on items, so we occasionally do run into a back order situation. If this happens, you will be notified via email within 24 hours of your order being placed.

Backordered items that arrive in less than 30 days will be automatically shipped to you upon their arrival at EZ-Ink.com (NextLinq Solutions, Inc.). For backorders that have extended beyond our 30 days, we will email you to verify if you still wish to have the merchandise sent to you. We will not ship the item until we have received your confirmation. You are not charged for items that do not ship, so you will not be charged for the backordered items until they are physically ready for shipment. We do not charge for shipping on back ordered items that were originally eligible for Free Shipping.

Wrong item shipped/damaged merchandise:

While the EZ-Ink.com (NextLinq Solutions, Inc.) staff strives to offer excellent Customer Service and Quality Control, we are human and occasionally do make mistakes. In the event that we totally goof on an order, please contact us within 24 hours of the acceptance of your shipment to notify us of the error. We will ship you the correct item along with a return shipping label with an RMA number on it. Shipping the corrected item to you and the return item is at EZ-Ink's expense.

Return Shipping and Exchange Policies:

EZ-Ink.com (NextLinq Solutions, Inc.) strives to provide our customers with the best Customer Service possible. To ensure this, we have the following policy regarding Returns/Exchanges. We suggest you read this before you place any order with us and contact us if you have any questions, prior to placing your order.

Exchange Policies:

In order to keep our valued customers shopping at EZ-Ink.com (NextLinq Solutions, Inc.) we are happy to exchange or award store credit for accessories purchased via Internet, for up to 14 days after your shipment has been received. Items must be in their original condition, and shipping and handling charges are always non-refundable. EZ-Ink has the reserves the right to refuse refund/exchange for any reason. The following items are non-returnable: items purchased on sale. All sales become final 14 days after you receive the item.

Return Shipping Policy:

Customer is responsible for return shipping. UPS is the preferred carrier for sending back returns because they are able to track the package for you. They will automatically insure the package up to $100. If your purchase is more than that, you should consider insurance. Please note that we are not responsible in the event of loss or theft of your items sent for returns.

When sending a piece back, please notify us prior to shipping at support@ez-ink.com for a return authorization number. Title the subject “return”. This will ensure that we are aware of your product en route and will be able to process your exchange more effectively.
